Minimum capacity of 5 adults per trip to be filled by one or more groups of people;
The registration fee for children up to 11 years old is valid only when they are not part of the minimum capacity;
In the case of groups of more than 12 or 18 people, two or more boats will be used;
This tour is subject to weather and sea conditions. In case of adverse conditions, it may be rescheduled;
All participants are covered by insurance inside our boats, according to the Tourism Permit of Portugal No. 335/2015;
Life jackets available on the boats, which are provided when requested, as there is no obligation to use them on tours and transfers;
If the minimum capacity is not met on the trip/time you want, you can still book it as long as you pay the amount equivalent to the minimum capacity;
If you want to make the transfer privately, you can, as long as you pay the maximum capacity;
The transfer service can be made with other passengers, both on departure and return.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

CANCELLATION BY VEDETANAUTA UNIPESSOAL LDA

The activities may be canceled in situations of adverse sea conditions, considered dangerous, as well as in case of technical failure. In these cases, a full refund of the amount paid will be made.

If any passenger is in an altered state of consciousness, the captain may deny boarding. It is expressly forbidden to transport illicit substances or objects. Moderate consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed on board, but safety at sea will always be the priority. Failure to comply with these rules may lead to the immediate interruption of the tour, without the right to any refund.

On shared tours, confirmation of departure only occurs when the minimum number of 8 adults is reached. If this number is not reached, the event may be canceled, with a full refund of the amount paid, or converted into a private tour, according to the customer’s preference.

CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

We understand that unforeseen events may happen. However, after Vedetanauta Unipessoal Lda confirms your reservation, we no longer accept other bookings for the same time and date. Thus, in case of cancellation, the following conditions will apply, according to the advance of the communication:

• Up to 48 hours in advance: refund of the total amount;

• Between 48 hours and 24 hours in advance: retention of 50% of the total amount;

• Less than 24 hours: 100% retention of the total amount.

Note: Valid reasons for cancellation without costs are not considered personal, professional, health situations or weather expectations that are not confirmed on the day of the event.
